NETGOTIATOR Professional Service

Netgotiator is provided as a Internet-based, Fully-managed and Subscription-based Service based on the SaaS Model (software as a Service). There is no complex hardware or software to install or buy separately. The Base Plan costs as low as € 20,00 monthly, paid via automatic rebilling through PayPal, our trusted credit card processor. The Base Plan, priced at € 20,00 (monthly), includes :
• One Master Account and One Secondary Account are included in the base plan.
	Each additional Secondary Account (#2 to #5) costs € 10.00 per month. A total of 20 Secondary Accounts may be created. Licenses to create more than 5 Secondary Accounts (#6 - #20) may be purchased at the reduced price of € 5.00 (monthly) per Secondary User.
• Permission to use unlimited Customer Accounts.
• Three Remote Computers are included in the above price..
	Additional computer licenses can be purchased in packages of 5 at a price of 10€ per package monthly. Note: if a customer has more that one computer, the power state of each computer is visible from the Supporter's Console and if the other Client computers are on the same network segment, remote Wake-On-Lan requests can be sent to any of these Client computers from any active one in the Customer's List.

• Maximum three (3) connections at a time to any Remote Computer is allowed for a Master Account.
	More simultaneous remote connection licenses per Master Account may be purchased at the additional price of € 10.00 (monthly) per connection.

• Other features.
	Other features (such as Lan Terminals or Specific Plugins) have no top limit defined.

• VAT on Services Sold by EXILLION

VAT stands for Value Added Tax, which is charged on any services sold by EXILLION within the European Union (EU). In accordance with the laws governing members of the European Union, EXILLION is obliged to charge VAT on all subscriptions targeted at companies and individuals in member countries of the EU. In general, VAT is charged in accordance with the local legislation in each member state.

The amounts displayed for our services sold by EXILLION are inclusive of GR VAT. However, your final price may differ depending on the actual VAT rate that applies to your order. You will be able to see your final price inclusive of applicable VAT before you confirm your order, when you have completed your order information (including your company or individual address).

For services that are to be used by Companies or Individuals within Greece/EU the GR VAT rate is 19.0%.

• VAT for EU customers outside Greece

EXILLION is required by law to collect VAT on orders for services to most countries within the European Union. For EU customers outside Greece, amounts of VAT charged are in accordance with the local legislation in each country. For customers with a address within the EU, VAT charges for your order will be itemised on the last page of your order, in the e-mail confirmation of your order and on the invoice dispatched with your order.

Customers outside the VAT territory of the EU, such as the Canary Islands and Aland Islands

These territories are outside of the European Union VAT purposes. However, our order form does not yet accommodate these addresses and customers in these areas will be charged VAT on placing an order.

We are happy to refund the VAT to you after your order has been dispatched. To request a VAT refund after dispatch, please e-mail us. Remember to include the order number with your request.

Customers in the Canary Islands should enter "Spain" as their country on the order form.
Customers in the Aland Islands should enter "Finland" as their country on the order form.

• Customers outside the EU

Subscription Services sold by EXILLION that are targeted to addresses outside the European Union are generally not subject to EU VAT. When ordering subscription services from EXILLION for overseas companies or individuals, you may be subject to import duties and taxes of your country. Any additional charges must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Import policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local Tax office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from EXILLION, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the services.
