The basic concept behind Netgotiator is the advanced
Digital Mediation services it provides to EXPERTS and thir CLIENTS.
Mediation: An old art, a new perspective
 Mediation is indeed an old art. It has been known to man since the very early
years of his existence. According to historians, early cases of mediation have been
known to exist in Phoenician commerce. But the practice of Mediation has been extensively
developed in Ancient Greece, then in Roman Civilization (where the Roman Law recognized
mediation) and since then, in all modern societies.
One of the fundamental laws in mediation is the existence of a third party, the
Mediator, which brings the other two parties “face-to-face”, in order to
find mutually agreeable solutions.
In the Digital Age, Mediation is known in many areas, mainly in e-Commerce, e-Law
and other fields, and it is usually referred as “On-Line Mediation”. The most important
points On-Line Mediation adds to the traditional Mediation process are:
- Brings parts together even if they are in geographically distant locations,
using new technologies and telecommunications.
- The On-Line mediation process can commence almost immediately,
without waiting for any previous meetings and can continue at any time between meetings.
- The whole process can be monitored and accounted in every step
of it, to ensure the integrity of the outcome.
- It makes the usage of both parties’ time more efficient.
- The process is completely based in the professionalism, the confidentiality,
integrity and security of the Mediator.
- It can use and enforce codes and best practices, at any time,
on top of the basic mediation process.
Based on the previous points, a New Perspective was conceptualized by
EXILLION and brought to life by developing a new and innovative technological
method to implement a flexible, extendable and solid framework for the new Digital
Era.
It was called "NETGOTIATOR - The digital Mediator".
The name comes from the words “negotiator” and “net” (network) and is exactly what
it sounds like:
“A digital mediator, bringing parties together through networks and telecommunication
technology”.

Netgotiator is a Digital Mediation Service, that is using Internet communications
to bring people closer.
The digital mediation process uses a Digital Mediator, a well known, secure and
trusted party to establish the channel between the two mediating partners. The Servers
performing the Digital Mediation processing are called Mediation Servers

Expert(s) and Client(s) |
Netgotiator brings Experts (people or organizations that possess
an expertize or knowledge) in contact with Clients (people or Organizations
that need to consume the Expert's advice or expertize)
A person or a group of persons that on behalf of the EXPERT provides the expert
services to the Client (Supported)
A person, a device or a group them, connected to the Internet that need to
consume the EXPERT's services, on behalf of a CLIENT. A supported person can be
- for example - an employee of the CLIENT. A Supported Device can be - for example
- a Server, a Workstation, a Company Router or a Web Camera. Each CLIENT may have
one or more Supported persons or devices that belong to the CLIENT's organization
